Job Title: Customer Service / Dispatch (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator to support our Houston operations. This role will assist with daily dispatch functions, driver communication, and customer service support, specifically working with Lanter routes and operations.
Shifts Available:
- Night Shift: Starting at 6:00 PM – 7pm 8Hour Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with dispatch operations.
- Communicate with drivers and provide real-time support.
- Support customer service needs, including coordination with Lanter personnel.
- Assist with pulling and organizing route bags.
- Ensure timely updates and accurate communication across teams.
- Tracking metric report.
- Pass Down report.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dispatch or logistics experience preferred.
- Customer service experience required.
- Reliable and able to start ASAP.
